Beginning to meditate can be simple. It allows you to begin to access your own inner knowing. That inner knowing is your teacher. Your connection to Creator.

A guided meditation gives you a way to practice and a structure. This guided meditation allows you to focus on the directions and not your thoughts. You then have the chance to actually feel the effects of a simple body scan meditation.
